NEXTOSYS AI provides AI career acceleration (including the Job Bridge Program), a platform of 240+ AI tools, business automation solutions, and cyber security services. Features may change or be updated over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.

4. Job Bridge Program

Enrolment in the Job Bridge Program follows a defined process including counselling, training, assessment, and placement guidance. Participation does not guarantee employment; outcomes depend on individual effort, performance, and market conditions.

5. Payments and refunds

Where a program or tool requires payment, applicable fees, billing terms, and any refund conditions will be shown to you before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, one-time fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:

• Break any applicable law or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or disrupt the Services.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute our content or tools without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Udupi, Karnataka.
